I believe that God is the only one who can tell to us if we are saved or not, and also we can know ourselves and others by their fruits. Correct me if I'm wrong about this: even if a person prays the prayer of salvation led by the pastor or Christian if he did not truly receive Jesus Christ in his heart and repent, then that would mean nothing at all. It is our personal commitment to really obey Him and follow Him no matter what happens. I'm not sure about this but please feel free to correct my belief: no person or pastor can tell directly to you or dictate you that you are saved. Only we ourselves can feel the changed hearts and renewed spirit.
